Doctors are not employed by Noah. They act independently and are fully committed to your health and privacy.

Payment Policy

Doctors on Noah are paid by the number of patients they treat, not the prescriptions they write. In fact, 100% of the assessment fee goes to your doctor. Your health and well-being are the only incentives they have.

Total Transparency

Your online assessment gives our doctors a detailed account of your medical history and symptoms, more than would normally be provided in a physical consult. Your doctor will then use this to customise your treatment plan.

Dr Kevin is a respected leader in his field and trusted family physician accredited by the Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland with a graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. He has 2 years of hospital work experience in Ireland, and 4 years of general practice with Raffles Medical Group in Singapore.

Aside from his general practice, Dr Kevin is well known for his craft and expertise in minimally invasive cosmetic surgery and non-surgical facial treatments like pigment laser tattoo removals, and skin tightening treatments as certified by the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group.

Dr Jess spent 4 years in rural and urban hospitals in Queensland before specialising in Sexual Health, Sexually Transmitted Infections and Andrology in 2015.

A pioneer in the field, she is highly sought-after her novel treatment strategies for sexual health issues such as male pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction (ED), ejaculatory disorders, prostate disorders, testosterone deficiencies and relationship issues.

Dr Jess also holds a Certificate in Practical Andrology from the Society of Men's Health Singapore in addition to a Certificate Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology.
