Frequently Asked Questions

About Noah
Who is Noah for?

Noah is designed for adult males who are experiencing varying forms of ED, Premature Ejaculation and Hair loss and who prefer to receive treatment from the comfort and privacy of home.

Are there any age restrictions?

Currently, only adult males age 18 and above can use Noah’s services.

How much does the medical evaluation costs?

Medical evaluation on Noah is free. Being a digital health clinic, we have lesser overheads. This enables us to pass our cost savings onto you.

Note: This does not include the cost of your medication (if prescribed).

Are the doctors on your platform certified?

All doctors on Noah are Singapore Medical Council registered medical practitioners. Each doctor undergoes an extensive background check and license verification process.

Every doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in Singapore. All our doctors abide by Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Ethical Codes and Ethical Guidelines (ECEG) and take reference from the National Telemedicine Guidelines (NTG).

Do I need a prescription to use Noah?

No. Noah is a telemedicine platform where patients will consult with certified doctors, who will then write a prescription if they deem it safe and appropriate after your online evaluation.

Is it legal to prescribe medication online?

Yes. Noah is a telemedicine platform compliant with Singapore’s Ministry of Health’s guidelines that enables doctors to practice medicine and treat patients remotely.

Is this a safe way to receive treatment?

Yes. Telemedicine is safe and effective—as long as patients answer questions truthfully, accurately, and completely. It’s also important that you only upload pictures of your face and your ID (not someone else), and that you take those pictures during the online visit. Doctors are only effective when they have accurate, current information about your case—both in telemedicine and in-person visits.

Doctors on Noah depend solely on the information you provide during your visit and via chat or video. They have no way of externally verifying the information you provide. In addition, if prescribed medicine, it's necessary to read the personalised treatment plan given to you before taking any medication. Only by reading this information in its entirety and fully understanding the content can you adequately weigh the risks and benefits of the treatment.

When do we get to speak to a doctor?

Your doctor will be calling you at your chosen time slot.

After your initial consult, you can message your doctor on Noah anytime you have a question.

Is a video consultation mandatory?

Yes, as MOH views it mandatory for our doctors to conduct video consults in order to finalise your prescription.

I have additional questions after my initial consult. What do I do?

As a Noah member, you have access to your doctor where you’ll be able to discuss fine-tuning your treatment or questions related to your treatment plan through our messaging feature at no cost.

However, you will be charged an additional $30 for any subsequent video consultations. Ultimately, 100% of all consultation fees go to our doctors and we want them to be fairly compensated for their medical expertise.

Why do you need a picture of my ID?

Our doctors will need to confirm your identity before treating you via telemedicine. In order to confirm your identity, we need photos:

1. A photo of your government-issued ID

Must include:
– First & Last name
– Photo
– Date of birth
– ID expiration date (if any; it cannot be expired)
